Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance in accordance with the pricing presented at checkout or in your order form. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable add-ons.

Pricing shown on the public marketing site is current list pricing for evaluation purposes. Final charges, taxes, add-ons, negotiated enterprise terms, and any support or service-level commitments are established in Stripe checkout or the signed order form that applies at the time of purchase.

Public forms and sales inquiries

If you submit a public contact, demo, or rollout-planning request, you authorize us to use that information to respond to your inquiry, route it internally, prevent abuse, and measure marketing attribution. Do not submit payment card details, credentials, or other highly sensitive secrets through public forms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Accessing data outside your organization or without permission.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Customer data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant Go! Green Wave a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service and related support.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as Google Cloud, Google Maps, Google OAuth, Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, and property-data providers depending on the features you use. The public marketing funnel currently relies on first-party session storage, server-side event logging, rate limiting, and honeypot controls rather than reCAPTCHA. Your use of enabled third-party features is subject to the provider terms and policies.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen events. Support is provided through the channels listed in your account or by contacting support. Any response-time targets, implementation services, or SLA commitments apply only if they are expressly included in your active checkout terms or signed order form.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other customers.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go! Green Wave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Go! Green Wave in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go! Green Wave from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email.
